Friday Keynote<br />
Life with Autism<br />
Temple will share her personal stories and advice about life with  autism, covering topics including early childhood, education, sensory  challenges, social challenges, and selecting and working towards an  appropriate career. Although individuals with autism have many  challenges, and think differently, she will discuss how to focus on  their strengths so that they can lead successful lives.<br />
Temple Grandin is a highly successful adult with autism, and one of the  leading lecturers on how to help individuals with autism/Asperger&#8217;s. She  is a Professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University. She is  also a bestselling author of six books on her life experiences in  dealing with autism, and is a leading advocate for people with autism.  In 2010 Grandin was a focus of a semi-biographical HBO film, titled  Temple Grandin, starring Claire Danes as Grandin, which received five  awards.<br />

Saturday Keynote</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Unlocking the Abilities in Children with Autism and Asperger&#8217;s Using a Unique, Three-Pronged Approach<br />
Recognizing the abilities that often appear locked inside children with  Autism, Dianne will give an overview of the three main strategies that  she has developed to open learning gates.  Using case histories, she  will unveil to you the use of Right Brain Teaching Strategies for  improved memory; her Brain Integration therapy, designed to dramatically  increase the connections of the brain hemispheres to open blocked  learning gates, and some often overlooked nutritional interventions she  has found that bring the fastest results in Sensory Processing and  socialization abilities.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Dianne  Craft holds a Masters Degree in Special Education and is a Certified  Natural Health Professional. In this dual role as educator and  nutritionist, Dianne has had many unique experiences working with  children on the Autism spectrum. In addition to consulting with Colorado  schools, she has been president of the Denver consulting firm, Child  Diagnostics, Inc. for the past 14 years, and has presented her  educational and nutritional approaches nationally. She has authored the  Brain Integration Therapy Manual and the Right Brain Reading Program and  has developed a step by step nutritional program for children called  The Biology of Behavior.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Parents will learn many practical ideas and strategies to help their child/teen/adult with autism.</p>

Bathroom facilities are  located nearby. There will be BOUNCERS and other fun activities for the  kids as well as the train and carousel! This is a wonderful opportunity  for our families to get together and socialize as well as network with  other autism families in their communities!</p>
